What is involved?
If it is your first visit, register below. Download the following 2 forms and complete them as accurately as possible and email to me. During the first appointment we will discuss all areas that are concerning you and we will create an initial and detailed plan of action to get you started on your journey. Appointments will be by zoom unless you are local and can come to my home office. You will receive a detailed summary report after every appointment.

For Live Blood ANalysis
- Before your appointment complete the above Assessment forms and email them to me.
- Detailed instructions will be emailed to you before your appointment.
- At your appointment, I will take a tiny drop of blood by doing a finger prick, a drop of blood will be placed on a microscope slide and then I can look at your blood sample immediately. I have a microscope with an ipad so you can view the blood sample with me in real time. I will record pictures and video of your blood sample that I wil share with you, as well as a detailed summary report.
